How we built it
These are not marketing promises. They are design decisions we made before writing a single line of code. Every one of them costs us something. Every one of them is worth it.
No swiping
At your own pace. With your full attention. Swiping trains you to make snap judgements on people who deserve more. We removed it entirely.
When someone moves you, you send a connection request with a short message explaining why you reached out. That is where it begins.
Verified identities
Every profile goes through a live selfie check matched against your photos. Unverified profiles cannot send or receive connection requests. This is not optional.
AI-generated photos are not allowed. Banned users cannot return under a new name. These are hard guarantees, not soft policies.
Voice notes on profiles
Every profile carries at least one voice note. It is one of the closest things to sitting across a table from someone that a phone can offer. You hear their cadence, their warmth, their faith in their own words.
Voice notes are required. Not optional. We built it that way because we believe the voice is where a person really lives.
Auto-pause
Go quiet for a week and your profile pauses automatically. Nobody is left waiting. Your conversations are preserved and you can return whenever you are ready.
If we pause you for inactivity, your unused billing days are credited when you come back. We think that is only fair.
One honest price
One plan that lets you accept every connection and chat freely with everyone who reaches out. Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings.
No dynamic pricing based on age, location or device. The same for every member. Money cannot make your profile appear first. Everyone competes on character alone.
Phase-based conversations
Ice Breaking is where conversation finds its ground. Established is for those who want to go deeper. A Conversation Guide opens when you are ready to think about meeting.
You can hold up to six Ice Breaking conversations and five Established connections at a time. Enough to be present. Not so many that presence becomes impossible.
Built to be outgrown
Most dating apps profit when you stay single. We are built to be deleted. When you find your person, delete the app. That is what success looks like to us.
Every design decision flows from this. No gamification. No infinite scroll. No psychological nudges to keep you opening us. We are rooting for you to leave.
